Mockingbird combines App Switcher cards and Notification Center notifications in the same screen in an unique style which you will definetly like that. You can quickly access both notification Center and App Switcher at the same time which is simply amazingly great. After installing this tweak, You can have option to enable or disable from the tweak preferences in the settings panel.

Tap any app or notification from App Switcher to go to it and to quickly close any app, simply hold down the application you want to.To make any changes in it, respring is required and landscape mode is currently in beta stage, so stay updated.
Mockingbird tweak is available on Cydia’s BigBoss Repo for $1.99 and is compatible with iOS devices running iOS 9 or higher.
