Apple has just seeded iOS 9.2 beta 3 (build number: 13C71) for developers for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. The iOS 9.2 beta 3 is available via over-the-air update for devices running iOS 9.2 beta 2, and is also available via Apple’s developer Member Center.

This is a pre-release version of iOS
9.2 for iPhone, iPad & iPod Touch. Devices updated to iOS 9.2 cannot be
restored to previous versions of iOS.

The last beta update iOS 9.2 beta 2 includes several
features, bug fixes and changes, including edge swipe-to-dismiss for Safari
View Controller.

Here’s what’s new in iOS 9.2 beta 3:
  •  iOS 9.2 beta 3 will
    allow users to reload without Content Blockers and Request Desktop site by long
    tapping on the Reload button in Safari View Controller.
  • It also enables
    Explicit Congestion Notification (ECN) by default on Wi-Fi and on select
    carriers.
  •  It
    also includes support for NumberSync feature to AT&T customers, which
    allows other devices like Mac or iPad to make and receive calls
