Apple announced a brand new iPod touch version 7. It has significantly improved performance over the iPod touch of the previous generation released in 2015.

What’s new in iPod touch 7 2019?
The iPod Touch seventh generation may look like the sixth generation model with the same size and after all, comes in the same colors, but it’s a new device on the inside. Apple’s A10 Fusion system-on-a-chip powered the new iPod touch, delivering up to double the performance of the A8 iPod touch of the sixth generation.
The maximum capacity for storage is also new. There is now an option in your iPod touch to buy up to 256 GB of storage.
If you were hoping on the new iPod touch 7 for a bigger display, I’m sorry to say you’re going to be disappointed. The iPod touch seventh-generation features the previous model’s same four-inch Retina display.
Apple has integrated an A10 Fusion chip into the new iPod touch, the small device can use the latest features of iOS 12. This includes Group FaceTime as well as Augmented Reality apps and system features, both leading the iPod touch line.
