Step 4#: Now Turn On the iCloud backup toggle switch
Your iOS devices will begin to backup each night
Step 5#: Make sure your device is plugged in, locked and connected to WiFi
If you want to back up manually, there you’ll see the Back Up Now in Blue text
Step 6#: Tap on Back Up Now
iCloud Backup process will begin. It may take sometime depending upon your network connection and the amount of data you are backing up
Step 7#: Wait and stay connected to WiFi until backup completes
That’s it. You have successfully backup your data on iCloud.
If in case you have restored or factory reset your iPhone or iPad, you can easily restore your iCloud backup via WiFi from iPhone/iPad or iTunes.
When setting up your iPhone in an activation screen, you will get an option where to restore your data from;
From iCloud Backup
From iTunes or Set up as New iPhone
In this case, you need to choose an option “Restore from iCloud Backup”
