Apple has changed its way (Adding Email Account in iOS 11) to Accounts & Password section rather than Mail, Contacts and Calendars in iOS 10. Mail app is very easy to use as it syncs to any email services quickly.

How to Add Email Accounts in iOS 11
Step 1: Go to the Settings app on your iPhone.
Scroll down and select “Accounts & Passwords”.
Tap on “Add Account,”
and choose the email service (Gmail, Hotmail, Exchange etc.) you’d like to sign into.
Now follow the instruction after you’ve chosen your email services and sign I with your Email and Password.
Step 5: After that, you have option to sync with your Email Accounts with Contacts, Calendars, Reminders and Notes.
Step 6: Tap on Save to finish.
Done. You have now successfully added your Email Accounts in iOS 11.
How to Add Multiple Email Accounts in iOS 11
Likewise, if you want add your multiple Email Accounts, simply follow above instructions and add it via Settings >> Account & Password >> Add Account.
Similarly, you can edit your Email Accounts anytime by going to “Accounts & Passwords” option, tap on Email Account and change its permission.
