iPhone X running iOS 11.2.1 – iOS 11.2 has been Jailbroken | But there is a bad news

Security
researchers at Alibaba’s Pandora Labs has successfully Jailbroken iOS 11.2 and
the recently released iOS 11.2.1 on iPhone X.
The iOS
11.2.1 Jailbreak is untethered and does not require to be re-jailbreaked if the
device is rebooted or restarted as claimed by the head of Pandora Lab, Song
Yang.
Security researchers at Alibaba’s Pandora Labs has successfully Jailbroken iOS 11.2 and the recently released iOS 11.2.1 on iPhone X.
But the bad
news is the company do not plan to release the Jailbreak for public as stated
by Song Yang where he says:
Although iOS
11.2 fixes some security issues, we confirmed the new iOS will still be
jailbroken on the first day it was released. Although we
were able to jailbreak iOS 11.2 quickly, we were limited to security research
purposes, our team won’t provide any jailbreak tool.
At least we
saw a good sign of Jailbreak for iOS 11.2.1 even if it’s not released for
public but hackers like pangu team can now come up with the latest Jailbreak
for iOS 11 as the security researchers already showed that iOS 11.2.1 can be
Jailbroken.

Let’s hope
for the best.
